Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds we ONLY accept returns for items that have not been opened and tampered with. This is due to the hygienic and sanitary nature of the products. Once the packaging of the hair extensions has been opened and tampered with, they cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
